Great coaching isn't about getting advice — it's about creating the space where leaders can think clearly, lead authentically, and sustain growth.
With over 25 years' experience leading change in global organizations, I help leaders grow and thrive.

Organizational change can feel relentless. Growth, mergers, acquisitions, new leadership, new technology, shifting strategy — the pace of leadership rarely lets up.
Most leaders navigating change are doing it without a truly honest thought partner. Someone who will sit with them as they answer hard questions and walk alongside them as they navigate toward clarity — not just provide a one-size-fits-all framework.
Who I Work With
- Executives and senior leaders
- Navigating transitions, stepping into new scope, or leading organizations through significant change. We work on clarity, accountability, presence, and trust.
- Mid-level managers
- Managers often feel the most pressure in changing organizations. I help managers find their identity, lead their teams with confidence, work effectively with cross-functional peers, and grow into the leaders they want to become.
- Teams
- When teams need to work better together, align around objectives, or rebuild trust, I work with both leaders and individuals to understand motivation, address dysfunction, and establish an identity to build an aligned, cohesive team.
Results
A high-potential manufacturing leader returned to a plant she had left five years earlier to take on a complex role. Three months in, she had reestablished relationships, gained the trust of her team, and established herself as a respected and valued leader.
Cross-functional teams had ceased communicating, and the safety of the facility had become a concern. After coaching individual leaders and each team, the group was able to come together for a series of workshops to focus on communication and understanding — resulting in improved respect and noticeable results.
A global supply chain team, after several acquisitions and leadership changes, was experiencing increasing tension and decreased morale. Coaching at the executive and middle-manager level, followed by team trust-building sessions, radically and positively changed the group dynamic. Five years later, they are sustaining the results they achieved through this work.
My Approach
I work from the inside out. Before strategy, before structure, before communication plans — we look at what's actually happening for you and your people.
As a Hudson Institute-certified coach with deep roots in organizational development, I bring both rigorous methodology and genuine curiosity to every engagement. No two clients get the same process, because no two situations are the same.
What you'll experience: I show up fully, with unconditional positive regard. I provide honest observation without judgement. And I encourage you to be open and curious with your own thoughts.
About
Margaret Alexander has worked for over 25 years inside and alongside organizations going through real change — not the tidy, linear kind you read about in case studies, but the messy, human, high-stakes kind.
She believes change is fundamentally a human experience, and leaders who understand this have a profound advantage – but it doesn't come easy.
