What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or contact forms, and I don't collect personal information through it directly. Like most websites, the hosting provider (Netlify) may automatically log technical details such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Booking an intro call
The "Book an intro call" buttons take you to Calendly, a separate service. Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name and email address, and handles them under its own privacy policy. I use that information to schedule and prepare for our conversation.
If you email me, I use your message and contact details to reply and to discuss working together. I don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Cookies and other sites
This site does not set cookies. It links to Calendly and LinkedIn, which are separate sites that may set their own cookies and follow their own privacy practices. I'm not responsible for the content or practices of other sites.
Confidentiality
What clients share in coaching is kept confidential, within the limits described in the coaching agreement and the law. Client stories on this site are described without names or identifying details.
Your requests
To ask what information I hold about you, or to request that it be deleted, email margaret@alexanderleadershipcoaching.com.
Disclaimer
Not therapy or professional advice
Coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented partnership. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental health treatment, and it is not legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you need those services, please seek a qualified professional.
No guarantee of results
The examples on this site describe past work. Outcomes depend on many factors, including each person's circumstances and effort, and I can't guarantee any particular result.
No coaching relationship until agreed in writing
Reading this site or booking an intro call does not create a coaching relationship. That begins only when we both sign a coaching agreement.
